We are pleased to share news of a new partnership between 1 Mayfair and the Dorchester Collection. The collaboration unites two of Mayfair’s most distinguished names in luxury living and hospitality, setting a new standard for residential service in London’s most historic district.
Developed by John Caudwell and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by J.P. Molyneux, 1 Mayfair is conceived as a modern stately home. The development will comprise 24 residences arranged around private gardens, with architecture and detailing that reflect the area’s Georgian heritage.
The Dorchester Collection, whose flagship hotel stands a few streets away on Park Lane, will oversee property management and resident services at 1 Mayfair. Its team will bring the same level of refinement and discretion associated with The Dorchester to the private realm, offering residents access to bespoke concierge, housekeeping, and dining experiences.
This partnership extends beyond management, creating a shared culture of service between The Dorchester and 1 Mayfair. Residents will enjoy priority access to the Collection’s restaurants and spa, while on-site amenities will include a 20-metre pool, wellness suite, and private valet parking.
DD LONDON worked closely with Caudwell to design the digital presence for 1 Mayfair, reflecting the project’s architectural integrity and restrained elegance. The new website introduces the vision behind the scheme and will evolve as the residences near completion in 2027.
