Introducing 33 Portland Place, our latest real estate branding project. This iconic London residence, built in 1775 by the esteemed neoclassical architect Robert Adam, has been thoughtfully reimagined for 21st-century living through the collaborative efforts of MSMR Architects and 1508 London.

Located in London’s prestigious Marylebone, 33 Portland Place is not just a residence but a piece of living history. This Grade II listed property spans 20,987 square feet and includes a mews house and an elevator serving all floors. Known for its cinematic appearances and a storied past that includes aristocratic soirees and notable inhabitants, this home merges a rich heritage with modern luxury.

Our comprehensive branding project for 33 Portland Place included developing a visual identity that reflects the property's classic contemporary style. We crafted a bespoke website and brochure that narrates the property’s story and its seven-year renovation. Additionally, we art directed and photographed the property, ensuring that every visual element, from the layout to the choice of images, perfectly captures and conveys the elegance and grandeur that define this exceptional home.
