Fabergé x Game of Thrones

For the highly anticipated global collaboration between HBO and Fabergé, we were entrusted by our good friends at Fabergé to create a film, a password-protected website and a commemorative book to showcase this extraordinary piece.

Taking inspiration from the spectacular egg throughout, the keepsake Game of Thrones x Fabergé book was designed to be gifted alongside this one-of-a-kind work of art. The debossed cover and illustrated endpapers are symbolic of Daenerys’ dragon eggs. Filled with behind the scenes imagery of the detailed design and bespoke craftsmanship that went into creating this incredible piece, the book brings the story of the Game of Thrones Egg to life, from concept sketches to finishing touches.

We created a bespoke password protected website to showcase content to a select specialist audience, revealing a sneak peek into the exciting upcoming collaboration.

The unique future legacy egg celebrates the 10th anniversary of Game of Thrones’ debut episode – a major milestone dubbed “The Iron Anniversary”. This collaboration fuses Fabergé’s superior craftsmanship and artistic ingenuity with one of the 21st century’s most popular shows.

We created a 60 second animated film, showing the egg’s journey of creation through the materials used. The materiality of fire and ice from the series is brought to life mixed with the rubies used on the piece which inspired the transformative and mesmerising assets with huge success, achieving 295,000+ views on Fabergé’s social channels.
