We were honoured to partner with Third.i Group to refresh the brand of Graphite Square. Our mission was to realign the brand positioning and enhance the visual identity to reflect the development’s unique fusion of industrial heritage and modern design.

Our approach included a comprehensive brand audit, strategic repositioning and refinement of the brand narrative and visual identity, all aimed at highlighting Graphite Square’s unique features to boost its appeal and market presence.

To reflect the building’s industrial heritage, we updated the wordmark, typography, and colour palette, and introduced a new pattern. Inspired by the building’s angular architectural details, the pattern mirrors its unique structure, while the typography, reminiscent of Victorian hand-painted signs, reinforces the industrial theme. 

We reimagined every touchpoint – from the website and sales collateral to digital advertising – creating a cohesive and sophisticated brand experience that highlights the development’s prime location, striking views of the London skyline, and thoughtfully designed spaces.

A Vibrant Community and Elegant Interiors

The development features 131 residential apartments alongside 80,000 sq ft of commercial space, 9,000 sq ft of podium gardens, and thoughtfully designed public spaces. Our branding strategy emphasised these elements, highlighting Graphite Square’s role in creating a vibrant and connected community through modern placemaking principles.

We also art directed a photography shoot to capture the interiors, designed by Box 9 Design. The photography showcases the one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, which feature generous ceiling heights, open-plan layouts, and winter gardens that seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor living.
