Working in collaboration with founder Trevor Kearney to bring his vision to life, we were tasked with establishing the brand strategy, identity, print and digital for The Private Office : Real Estate. Our challenge was to embody its unique, personalised and service-led approach as well its focus on relationships, while standing out in a competitive market dominated by established players.
We crafted a strategy centred around four pillars: personal service, empowered agents, curated properties, and innovative practices. Each pillar is designed to highlight the unique approach of The Private Office : Real Estate and ensure these qualities are reflected in every element of the branding. This approach positions the brand as a leader in luxury real estate, enhancing its market presence and establishing a solid foundation for future growth and expansion.
A Signature Style
The brand identity reflects the ethos of personal touch and exclusivity with its balance of timeless sophistication and personal touch.
The logo blends serif and sans serif fonts, while the marque incorporates a unique clover-like shape with a focus on layering, styling and finish to tell the story of the brand. The outer four small rounded edges represent the four pillars of the brand strategy, while the outer four larger curved edges are a nod to founder Trevor Kearney’s Irish heritage at the heart of the brand. The inner lines and monogram represent the people within The Private Office : Real Estate and their connected relationships.
