Our involvement in this project included comprehensive branding, brochure design, and the full naming of the apartments within 20 Great Queen Street. Our strategic approach focused on seamlessly integrating the rich story of the building with the dynamic narrative of its location, enhancing the overall appeal and significance of the development.

Across the branding and look-and-feel we sought to capture both the historical charm and sleek, contemporary style of the development. By drawing inspiration from Covent Garden's heritage, particularly the Old Covent Garden market, we aimed to resonate with the area's storied past while reflecting the modern sophistication of the apartments.

For the apartment naming, we chose names that reflect the historical essence of Covent Garden's market days when vendors were restricted to selling specific types of produce. Apartments were named with historical reverence and character, including The Woden, The Hidcote, The Primrose, and The Pippin. Each name pays homage to the types of produce once sold at the market, adding depth and a sense of heritage to each residence.
