In partnership with award-winning property developer Salboy, the project will introduce Nobu Hotel Manchester as the tallest building outside London, standing at 246 metres. As a mixed-use landmark, it will set a new scale for branded living in the city and establish a strong presence for Nobu in the UK outside the capital.
DD LONDON has been appointed to lead the positioning, creative direction and marketing for the residential offering, shaping how the project is presented from its earliest stages through to launch. The work focuses on expressing the character of Nobu in a residential context, while grounding the brand in Manchester’s own energy and cultural edge.
The project marks a significant moment for the city and for branded residences in the UK. Through close collaboration with the wider design and development team, we are helping to define how this landmark will be seen, understood and experienced.
