At the water’s edge in the district of diplomacy stands River Park Tower. The independent residential counterpart to Park Hyatt at One Nine Elms, it forms part of one of London's most distinguished new riverside destinations. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and rising 57 storeys above the Thames, the tower commands the skyline as a landmark of proportion and perspective.

The Challenge
River Park Tower had launched two years prior to our appointment, but the existing brand no longer reflected the calibre of the residences or the audience the developer was seeking to attract. Our brief was to reposition the development within the wider One Nine Elms story while establishing a distinct identity and point of view, creating a presence that could stand confidently alongside both the Park Hyatt and the evolving skyline around it.

The Solution
We re-set the brand from the ground up, positioning River Park Tower through a philosophy of elevation, expressed not only through height, but through outlook, design, experience and lifestyle.

Our work spanned strategy, tone of voice, visual identity and brand guidelines, an 80-page brochure, fact sheets, restyled floor plans and a refreshed website. We art directed the brand film and photography, led the creative direction of the sales suite and rolled the identity out across a comprehensive advertising campaign, including placements in premium titles such as the Financial Times.

The result is a cohesive and enduring brand for one of London's most significant new residential addresses, elevating River Park Tower from a development within a masterplan to a destination in its own right.
