The Challenge
The Beach Club, Barbuda had already come to market with an established identity. We were appointed to create a new website and brochure that would build upon this foundation, refining the look and feel to introduce greater depth, clarity and aspiration to the ownership offering. We needed to communicate not only the residences themselves, but the wider living experience and sense of belonging that define life at The Beach Club.

Working within the existing brand framework, we evolved the visual and editorial language across the website and brochure, placing greater emphasis on lifestyle, hospitality and the ownership experience.

Through a more editorial approach to storytelling and a refined visual presentation, we gave the identity greater depth and created a fuller narrative around life at The Beach Club. Imagery leads, while the story unfolds through an unhurried, editorial tone of voice, centring on ownership as an experience and reflecting the rhythm of the island itself, with Nobu's signature influence woven throughout.

The result is a richer, more immersive expression of The Beach Club that feels distinctly of Barbuda, capturing not only what ownership looks like, but what it feels like.
